time stuck on status bar?

has this happened to anyone? my whole status bar seems to be frozen underneath the real status bar. i dont have any themes installed

Do you have SB Setting installed on ur phone? If so try a respring and that should clear it up.

Yes I have tried to respring and reboot. Still doesn't fix it

How about doing a Reset not be confused with a Restore? I would choose Reset All at the top this way no media or data will be removed.

yes! that did just the trick. also happened to resolve some other ringtone problems i was having.
