3 issues/ questions in Cydia

I need some explanation on a couple different errors I'm getting in Cydia.

1) On the home screen there is a small text line above the "welcome to cydia" that reads "This device has a pending TSS request" What does this mean?

2) When opening Cydia I get the following pop-up. "Error:Refreshing Data, failed to fetch..." Is this due to the amount of people downloading now?

3) When I try to download Android Lock, I get the following message "Note: The requested modifications cannot be applied due to required dependencies or conflicts that cannot be auto. found or fixed" Can't download this app because of this.

Any help on the above 3 points would be helpful, thank you!

1. That means cydia is saving ur shsh blobs for whichever firmware u have on ur iPhone.

2. Cydia is overloaded so it will time out or error out. Happened after 3.1.3 was jb

3. Probably not compatible with ur firmware.
