Icon Placement

Is there an app that will allow you to put icons wherever you would like instead of them automatically aligning to the left next to one another? Thank you in advance for any help!

Press and hold the app icon until you see it wiggle. Now move it with your finger. You can also move it to another screen by moving it to the edge until the screen changes. You can also press the x to delete the app. Press the home button to exit this mode.

What you need to do is install a program called Blank Icon. You need to jailbreak in order to do it.

FYI it will still align in rows and columns. There is no free placement or icons, just rearranging.
