Downloaded update in iTunes

I downloaded the new update 4.3.3 from iTunes but did not update my phone I just wanted to save the new version in case I needed it so I choose "download only" but I can't find it in any sub directories under iTunes. Any one might know where iTunes downloads it to by chance.

Search your computer for a file with an extension of IPSW

Ah that must have been my error. I was doing a search for 4.3.3 and was getting no results. Thank you much

For windows it should be:
%Userprofile%\Application Data\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPhone Software Updates
You might need to enable hidden files

For mac it should be:

<User name>/Library/iTunes/iPhone Software Updates

Or go to itunes, hold SHIFT and click restore, it should open a window where your ipsw is stored.
