iTunes problems

Hello everyone, I previously owned iPhone 3GS, just bought iPhone 4 today. When I tried to create a ringtone, I can't seem to find the "Ringtones" folder in the left sidebar. I have the latest iTunes, 10. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Your phone is plugged in I am sure. That is weird I never had that issue before. Only thing maybe reinstall Itunes?

Go into Options and make sure it's enabled.

It might not be there unless there is a ringtone already loaded into iTunes, though.

Just found it! Thank you. Went to Preferences-General, enabled Ringtones. Much Thanks!
