How do I rejailbreak

My freind unjailbroke my iPod but it didn't wipe my system but I can no longer buy free things from the App Store I want to make it so that it works again.

Free things? What free things? Free apps in the App Store are still free! If your getting paid apps for free by jailbreaking, you can't discuss that here. It's stealing!
