Depends on what you want to load. For me it wouldn't be but there are a lot of people who have them.
It depends on what you mean by "a lot of things."
Here.....I just deleted a bunch of videos and pictures off my phone because I did a major cleanup getting ready for my next iPhone. This is what I've got left at the moment.

So even deleting a bunch of stuff, I wouldn't have enough.

Since you asked about an iPod 16GB the first answer confuses me and looks like the screenshot of a phone, However I have a 5th and 7th gen iPod that currently has over 4000 songs/albums on it and that is all I sync on mine from iTunes.

Not if you want a lot of music and aren't going to/able to stream it.

I've got almost 70 GB of music on my iPod because I use it in the car where I don't have any signal, then also have games and such. I'm using about 90GB right now.
