Help, iPhone update stuck for 4 hours!!

Not sure what to do, I wanted to give this iPhone 11 Pro Max to a friend but I went to update it before I gave it to him and the update progress bar has been there for four hours.

Is the device still connected to the internet, preferably via Wi-Fi? You can try restarting the iPhone. It should pick up where it left off prior to being stuck.
