Does anyone know if theres an app that allows you to create shortcuts from the settings? So pretty much instead of having to go through 3/4 steps or more looking to carry out an action you could just create a shortcut that brings you straight there?

The app Launcher did it in the widgets, but Apple stopped the shortcuts to settings in iOS 11. All you can do are what's available on the Control Center. You can enable those in settlngs.

I found an app that lets you choose multiple settings shortcuts like wifi, bluetooth, mobile data, battery and so forth and the idea obviously been that when you tap one of the options , it takes you right there! Sadly all options open up settings but do not take you to where you want to go within settings :( Shame because its a cool app and a great idea! Would love if i could make it work :(

It's one of several reasons I haven't updated to 11. You can still get many shortcuts with Launcher that can be accessed from the lock screen, including favorite contacts to call.

Apple said that Settings URLs are their private APIs so they do not allow 3rd party apps to use them. Doesn't make sense to me. It wouldn't matter, if they included all settings shortcut options on the control center. Then let us choose which to use.
