Can you go caseless how durable is the glass on the front and back. I imagine if you got a case the wireless charging wouldn't work. Would it?

Wireless charging works with cases, as long as they are not made of a non conductive substance. Charged many Android phones with cases on, various types and thicknesses.

Glass scratches, so it'd probably be best to get a case to protect your $1,000 investment.

As for wireless charging, I've used thin cases and thick cases, like Otterbox Defenders, while wirelessly charging up my Android devices with no issues.

Can you go caseless
Of course you can. Should you go caseless? Only you can answer that question.

Since none of us have the device yet, we don’t know. I’m sure it’s somewhat durable, but it is still “glass”.

I'm thinking Rhino crash guard with the rear impact protection film. Or their new mod case that will swap between bumper and having a back

Your guess is as good as ours. Apparently it’s the strongest glass ever put on an iPhone but it’s still glass.

Apple’s guidance says cases less than 3mm thigh should still work with wireless charging. So, pretty much any case on the market.

I am not putting a case on this phone I'm paying for apple care so they will fix it however I am going to go with a screen protector whichever one they will install at the apple store. But naked for me I didn't drop my iPhone 4 or 4s both were glass front and back and I don't plan on dropping this one.
