Is there a way to set up the iOS Mail app as "send only"?

I use Microsoft Outlook for my work email and Google Invox for personal, but there are still times that it is more convenient to send email from the built in Mail app.

The problem is storage space is a huge issue for me, and so I don't want to store any email in the built in Mail app. I want to keep that app as close to 0 data as possible, and just use it to occasionally send an email.

Is this possible? I can't seem to figure out a way to make it work.

Configure the inbound account to one that receives no email.
