Weather app will not locate Meacham Oregon but I have it on my iPhone 4s

Search bar says no results found. However my 4s has it in my weather list and updates regularly.

We understand that on your iPhone 4S, the city you mentioned is listed and gets regular weather update. What we don't understand, at least I don't, is on what device is the weather app not locating the aforementioned city?
