Face dialer app

Hi, I currently have the face dialer app that creates a customized icon from which you can text, call, facetime, etc. This was the concept I was looking for, however, when you click on the icon it has to pass through an annoying website interface before it gets to the text/call screen. I have been searching for a replacement app that does this same thing minus the pass through and can't seem to identify one through the descriptions and reviews before buying it. Does anyone have a suggestion?
