Looking For: Grocery/Shopping List App

Hey, I'm looking for a good grocery/shopping list app (or iPhone website) that has the following features:

Must Haves:
-Online PC interface (So I can create lists from my PC).

Nice to have:
-Barcode scanner integration
-Share list with multiple users

I use GroceryIQ and just picked up Grocery Gadget. I have always liked IQ, but I got GG because of the ability to push notify the phone.

My wife can add stuff to the list at home and push me a notification so I know it has changed.
