Control center freezes when tapping cellular data icon

When I swipe up to open control center and tap the data icon, it takes the icon like two seconds to turn green. Is this happening to anyone else? Reseting my phone helps but it only lasts a few days and then it starts happening again. I've been experiencing this since the very first version of iOS 13. My current version is 13.2. I have iPhone 8 Plus.

I also have an iPhone 8 Plus, but my data is on all the time, so I've never noticed if I have the same issue. Hopefully, others will come along who can answer your question.
