How to change defaults settings when first plugging it in

So every time I plug my iPhone into my car stereo, it immediately starts blasting the same song extremely loud. It really annoys me that my iPhone thinks what I want it do which is always wrong. How can I set it up so it does absolutely nothing when I plug it into the USB port of my stereo?

Unfortunately this is standard behavior. I have yet to figure out how to stop this from happening, too.
