Iphone 7 Plus Shipping time

Hi,
So i will be buying the Iphone 7 Plus from the States which i will be using in Iceland, If i buy the T-mobile version full price is it unlocked? and it says that it will take 3-4 weeks to ship is that exact date or have you been getting the phones later or sooner than 3-4 weeks, because i will buy the phone send it to my dads friend and he will pick it up when he goes there in late October or early November

The verizon one is unlocked or you can buy a SIM free version. The T-Mobile version is locked.

No, if you pay in full, they're all unlocked. The difference is that the Verizon/Sprint model covers both GSM and CDMA frequencies while the AT&T/T-Mobile model only covers GSM. If I were you, I'd go for a Verizon/Sprint model as most people think that is the model that will be sold as "factory unlocked" by Apple.
