Stuck on opening menu of mail app. Help! :(

Hi! My daughter can't access her iCloud-account on her iPhone 6s.

When we open the Mail app, we get only the choice to add an email account, and we can't add her iCloud account because it is already added to the iPhone. She has no other email accounts to try out, as she is 12.

"Could not log in - This iCloud account is already added to iPhone"

Please help! She needs access to her email ON her phone!

You might want to look in the iCloud settings and see if Mail is toggled on.

It could be as simple as it being accidentally toggle off.
