Will this be a problem for me when updating iOS settings over wifi?

I happen to watch some YouTube videos of some people trying to update from iOS 9.0 to the more recent versions and their iPhones froze when they clicked slide to upgrade after they re-started and etc. I can't remember if they had anything less than an iPhone 6s, however I still have iOS 9.0 on my 6s because I have not had a reason to update it yet, at least until iOS 10 is released. So will I have that same problem of my 6s freezing when I click slide to upgrade or will I be ok? Also I should add any upgrade I eventually do would be over Wi-Fi if that makes a difference.

I don't have an answer for you as I'm still too new yet with the 6s, but I am curious why you would not want the numerous security patches for your phone that are offered in ios 9.2?

If you have the official update, you could do it manually without any problem, but if you are planning to do a jailbreak and then update it, preferably you could mess it up.

Just update over wifi -- never had a problem with it
