Strange blank app spot

after updating to 12.1 I have a weird blank spot in screen time>Content and privacy>Allowed app ..
The blank in between iTunes Store and news
But the blank spot has an option to turn on or off..
If I turn it on it flash news and iTunes on the home screen for about 2seconds and disappears.. if I turn it off it flash iTunes and news and disappear again..

Did you Jailbreak your device??

I’m assuming your talking about the new screen time feature on iOS 12.

You might have to reinstall your device as what you mentioned doesn’t happen to me.

No jail break it’s been screwy since I updated to 12 then real bad when I updated 12.1 I even get 3 WiFi assist switch too ..crazy
I don’t download apps .. and avoid WiFi as much as possible..
apple had to replace on 2 years ago all they said the last one was “comprised.. “
