Sleep/wake/power is on the top of the right hand side. Push it at the same time you press the home button to take a screenshot. It will then be saved to your camera roll.

On older phones it's on the top. iPhone 6 and up it's on the side opposite the volume.
You can also take screenshots using Assistive Touch in Accessibility.
