If your referring to locking someone like a child into one app so they can't wander around your device?

Go to Settings>General>Accessibility>Guided Access

Turn it on and set a password that would be needed to exit the app

you need to jailbreaking your iphone first...using tools like Taig,or something u can get on the internet..
then you are gonna download and install the tweak named"iApp LOCK".
6 apps can be locked with passcode or fingerprint as well/ for free user
