What is the icon I see in the lower left corner of my lock screen, it changes from time to time?

On the lower right is the camera, not sure what you are seeing in the lower left. Can you post a screenshot?

It's the Suggested Apps setting. The icon appears in the same location as handoff, but it's not a handoff and you haven't been hacked.

If the phone "thinks" you are close enough, it will show the app icon in that lower left position of your lock screen. If you have it installed, sliding it up goes to the app.

If you don't, it is supposed to take you to the app in the AppStore. I'm not sure if it uses GPS, WiFi, iBeacons or some combination to tell it when it is close enough.

Not seeing any icons in that position simply means that nothing is present to trigger the handoff process.

Because I've never seen this icon before on mine.
