5.5" if they can keep it the size of the Note 3 or smaller. If the bezel keeps this from happening, then 4.7".

The 4.7" screen is still to big, but if it’s all they give you, then 4.7" it is. No way I would own a 5.5" screen. That’s what my iPad Mini is for.

5.5" without just simply becoming a taller, stretched out phone. After that, I will no longer have a need for an iPad.

IF the 5.5 inch comes with a smaller bezel, I will be considering it. I am a FANDROID but use an iPad and i mac. I like the iOS 8 features and if the 5.5 is achieved well, I will come back. The 4.7 is not an option as I have been using a note 3.

Knowing myself, I'm probably going to wind up with both and inter-change SIM cards just based on my mood.

4.7 gets my vote. However, I would have to see how the 5.5 looks like compared to the Note 3.

4.7" for cost and pocketability. The 4.7" screen will be plenty big, considering I plan to get an iPad next year.

Last night Mark Gurman tweeted this to Tim Cook:"@tim_cook, are you going to get a 4.7" or 5.5" iPhone 6?" Lol

If I upgraded (a big If) it would be the 4.7" The 5.5" would most likely be too large due to the home button and bezels apple likes to use.

If I was going to get one it would be 4.7. But, I'm not. I'm happy with my 4.0 5S.

If there is a 5.5 version, I will get it, and forego an iPad, which I also need.

I'll probably go with the most premium one. As speculated, these phones might not be equal. Already there are rumors that only the 5.5" one will have OIS (optical image stabilization) Optical Image Stabilization May Be Differentiating Factor for 5.5-Inch iPhone 6 [Updated] - Mac Rumors

For those saying you wouldn't need an ipad, isn't that a good thing?

And if there are more 5.5" only features that have nothing to do with screen size then that simply makes the smaller one a mid-tier iphone.

It's awkward of me to say but unless one of them has a pretty shell like 5c, I'll likely be choosing neither.

I hope I'm wrong and that I'll like the design and feel of the iPhone 6.

    I just don't know.

I'd def get the 5.5 - I left apple for Android due to Samsung phones being bigger and more screen so if a 5.5 option is available then I would be interested. do you think both phones will be released at the same time? also what names do you think the phones will take, Iphone 6 large and Iphone 6 mini?

I'm leaning toward the 4.7" but I wish it was 5". The 5.5" looks like it'll be too big unless they shrink the bezels.

It really all depends upon how each feel in my hand. I'm thinking the 5.5" off the top of my head, but I could go smaller if it doesn't feel right.

same here. If the mock ups turn out to be accurate, I'll go grab the 5S this year.
