Why does mass message on iPhone always stuck at outgoing?

Recently I was required to send a mass message to about 10 people.
However, the mass message was always stuck on outgoing.
I would only be able to know if they receive it when they have replied.
Why will it be stuck at outgoing even after 3 days from the day i send the message?
Please help me. Thank you.

It could be several reasons, I suppose. Network problems, a recipient's device being off, etcetera. Anyway, if you have an iPhone, try resetting the network settings. Also, contact your wireless carrier to see if they can troubleshoot from their end,
