Green at top of screen when I wake it up. Is this anything to worry about.

Well, as long as the green goes away, no, I guess. However, I don't have that issue on my iPhone 6 Plus.

I've never seen any green on the upper screen of any iPhone I've ever seen. I would be a bit concerned.

I don't know, but having said that, make a genius bar appointment with the nearest Apple Store and have them diagnose the issue for you.

What D said. Might be some sort of leaked acid from the battery or the screen is having issues. Best to get it checked.

The green bar at the top usually indicates soneone is on the phone with you. If you "surf and talk", you see the green bar. So if there is no one on the line, then it's a bug of some kind. You might check with your carrier.

The problem was this. The wallpaper that I was using was a photo from my previous iPhone 5s. The 6+ was trying to adjust the screen size. Changed my wallpaper and the green is gone.
