Passbook adding issue

I m trying to add card details in passbook but m unable to find the passbook add in setting instead I have app in the home screen but m unable to add Ma card details .. Plz help me . I m fed up ..

Go to passbook and pull down on your passes and tap the + in the right hand corner.

If you mean add a new card.
