my iphphone 5s says it is not connected to the internet when I try to update....

trying to update to new ios on iphone 5s. It says it is connected, I can get on the internet but it won't update. I have tried connecting to computer and that didn't help, either.

Most times this is due to Apple's servers being overwhelmed with demand. A lot of people are trying to update just like you are. My best suggestion is give it a few hours and try again.
