I highly doubt it. I would almost say absolutely not. The demand for the 64 GB version is very low. I don't think they will up capacity when demand for the biggest thing now is low. They do it on the iPad because people use those to replace computers. The iPhone is not a computer replacement, Apple sees it as a necessary compliment.
This. I have a 64GB iPhone currently, and when I tell people this, they usually reply... "whoa... what do you need all that storage space for?"
Not to mention, I don't personally know anyone with a 64GB model as well. I'm sure in time as more storage space is needed by the average consumer, there will be a need for iPhones with more storage.
