I jail broke my iPhone 5c a few months ago and I wanted the new iOS 9.1 so I went onto my settings and clicked 'erase all settings and data'to delete the jailbreak, my iPhone restarted however, when it got to the apple sign with the line underneath the apple (which is what an Iphone normally does when updating or erasing) the white bar did not fill up to the end of the line before the white apple sign came up and it was just the apple sign on the black screen for 15 minutes which i thougt was strange but now its been over 24 hours and the apple sign is still there and the phone wont turn on!!

No need to unplug it from iTunes, Plug it back in and restore as new.... Only thing you can do.
