Never had a case so don't apply to me. I'm not understanding why you guys are bringing up all theses scenarios. Point is that everything was fine and then carrier update and now it won't connect. My wife's 4sand iPad still connect as usual. I appreciate the help but if just wanna see if anyone else is experiencing issues so I can see if its just my device. I did the update but how do you get a credit for this bug? Do I need to call or are they going to automatically fix the overages? Thanks in advance!
