iPhone4S help hang recovery

Machine is in QT 4S 5.0.1 os 6.1.3 update via OTA directly after the run is complete, the cable sticking.
Then restore pc by having a similar situation, have tried again and again. check host file and restore always online. Software can do all not some doctor? hardware if it is anything, because the engine is at normal use
