Hey guys,
I just got a brand new iMac and used Airdrop to move my entire (284 GB) photo catalogue from my old Mini. The issue I'm having is all of my videos are sorted by import date, not creation date. This means none of my videos show in the right time line.
Has anyone else had this issue? I've see it mentioned on the Apple support forums but no solutions are offered.
With hundreds of videos, it does not make sense to manually adjust the date on all of them. The frustrating part is I can see in the file Info that the creation date is there. It's just that photos is not using it to sort my videos.
Any help is appreciated. Even a bulk way to adjust all the video dates would be great. Seems to me that Photos is a little too simple and needs more access to settings!
