Why isn't my iPhone 4 ringing when I make an outgoing call?

i cant hear in my iphone4 ringing when im outgoing call

ill do anything in my iphone4 settings etc.etc but still my phone is i cannot hear ringing when i am calling to my friend but when i click the speaker is loud and working..

There might be a problem with the earpiece, but I do not understand the question properly. Are you able to hear his voice, but not the ringing tone? I'd recommend taking the phone to Apple's Genius Bar (if available), otherwise an Apple Store will suffice

Also, I think there are DIYs on the website, hit it up
