iphone 4 video help

i took my pics and video off my iphone 4 and the videos all have a blue hue over them. i am on a compaq pc with windows xp. do i have to convert the movie files or something? even when i play them with itunes they still have the blue hue over them. any advice please help me.

No you dont have to convert them, Im using a Dell Studio laptop with Windows 7, and I transfer them all the time, no problem. Not sure what's going on, sorry I couldn't be of more help

Do you have a blue case on your iPhone that is reflecting?

nope a black bumper. i think windows xp dont support something with the video. i tried at work on windows vista and no problem at all

its something with windows xp sp3. on vista it works fine. the pics are fine on xp just the video isnt supported or something.
