New mobile me, and still no sharing at all?

So the last update to MobileMe, has upgraded the email service to close the gap between their old email service and the mail.app. but what else did it give us?

I'm personally looking for:
-BETTER Rules, the rules that were added seem half assed. I want colors, and way more options. the web-based Microsoft Outlook is 85% of the computer based program; MobileMe is more like 40% of the computer based mail.app.
-Calendar sharing, I STILL cannot share calendars natively between MobileMe and Google Calendar or even across multiple MobileMe accounts. I'm personally not sure about if its possible to share across a family plan?
-Calendar color syncing.. nope... that works, nevermind...

i'd basically like to have these solutions without 3rd party apps...

Is MobileMe worth $119.99 a year (in Canada) I want a solid email service and Gmail is fine, but the only thing that grinds my gears is the damn "all mail" folder I can't seem to get rid of.
