Apple Extended Care Warranty Question

**This is a noob sort of question**

I bought my iphone 3gs back in December 2009 and at the same time I purchased the Apple Extended Care warranty($69.00). I recently cleaned out my office and can not find the "box" the warranty came in. I know the warranty gets applied to the phone, where do i find it? I cant remember If i followed through with activating it.

I guess my question is.....How do I know if the warranty is 'on'

--I know my phone is still covered by the factory warranty at this time--

If you go to apple's website and search "applecare" it'll give you a place you can type in your serial number and it'll show you your warranty coverage.

Looks like Apple is deciding to take a Saturday Night off. I'll check it in the am
I thought there could be a way in itunes if the phone was synced up, like in the summary. But I have searched high and low in itunes...

how come apple here doesn't sell apple iphone extended warranty. i'm from the philippines

They do , its call applecare . You get a year the you can buy an additional year for $80 (US)

Keep in mind applecare doesn't cover accidental damage or water damage.

Neither are they covered by Apple's One Year Limited Warranty.
