I have purchased an 2gs iphone unlocked .Im having problems with the infrared and im asking for help,When i turn on the infrared, computer doesn't display my phone.
Any thoughts

ok you're going to have to give more info, the iphone doesn't have infared it has Wifi and Bluetooth. So are you talking about bluetooth? if so the bluetooth is only used for connecting to headsets there is no bluetooth file transfer.

The issue is probably that the iPhone does not have an infrared sensor for this connecting to other devices.

If your phone actually has infrared it's a knockoff and you may have been scammed
