Application ratings, why wont it work?

For the past 2 days (even before 3.0 hit), I have been trying to rate apps and write reviews and it will not work. I get the "Sign In" prompt, type in my info and the box reappears again prompting me to sign in AGAIN. I have done it over and over and it isnt working. Anyone else?

I get the same thing here. Although it started yesterday and wasn't any better this morning when I tried to update my review for AP news.

The app store seems to still be hit or miss at times, had many downloads time out or just freeze.

I think it's just overcrowded right now.
Took forever for the app store to load yesterday and do anything in it.
