It's not necessarily 100 new features available to the consumer, it's mixed with developer features as well.
Apples website under iPhone and then go to 3.0 shows you what the new stuff is.

That's not true.
Developers have 1,000 new API's.
Consumers have 100 new features.

I'd be curious to see a list too...
Apple isn't the type of company that do lists though.
When you upgrade via iTunes it'll have a short sweet summary about whats being updated.

If anyone does know, I'd love to read them all!

I wondered that same question back in March.

I want to see a list... Because all the features are not even on the site. I guess all the important of the 100 is on the site.

They didn't address the PNS build up of text alerts and how to organize apps.

So the list from apple's website is:

1) Cut, Copy & Paste
2) Landscape Mode Keyboard
3) MMS
4) Spotlight Search
5) Voice Memo
6) Better Calendar
7) Buy Movies, TV shows, and audio books from itunes
8) Improved Stock App
9) Improved Safari
10) Tethering
11) Stereo Bluetooth
12) Automatic Wi-Fi Login
13) Notes Sync
14) Parental Controls
15) Ability to Login to iTunes Account
16) YouTube Login
17) Shake to Shuffle music
18) More Language Support
19) Find My iPhone/Remote Wipe
20) Run the Latest Apps

Of these what are really knew?? I would say 6,8,9, and 18 are "improvements" not new features. #20 is rediculus because of course you would be able to run the lates apps with the latest OS.

I always wonder what the meetings are like where they decide what to include and what to not include in the new releases of OS's.

Let's see...we need:

YouTube Account login
YouTube Subscriptions
YouTube Ratings
iTunes login
iTunes account creation
Languages: More languages, better keyboards

But we can do without:

Push Gmail
Mobile iChat
Improved notification system
Background multitasking
Video recording
Theming

:confused::confused: Let's ignore the basic items the iPhone users have wanted since day one, and throw in a bunch of new languages that no one will use.

My guess is even the tiniest tweak is an added feature.
Like they added more restrictions.
So adding more restrictions would be 1.
And each added retriction would count as 1 new feature as well.

In the stock app:
Landscape mode = 1
Adjusting the length to view the stocks in landscape = 1
News feed = 1
etc...etc

Cut = 1
Copy = 1
Paste = 1
Undo = 1

hahah.
Okay that last one was a joke.

Maybe it's not like this though. But we won't know unless we see a full list.
It would help us consumers to know exactly what has changed. At least the added features. If you don't want to let us know the tweaks, thats fine, but I'd like to know everything thats going to be added.
