Ipad internet connection

Hi, recently had the good fortune to win a 32g ipad in a competition and would like to know what I need(and need to do) to connect to the internet
I am currently with AOL broadband on my home pc

just get a wireless router and set up a wireless network. i would suggest setting up a wireless N network as its pretty fast Belkin Surf N300 Wireless N Router | Staples?

I bought that one for a family member last summer at Costco and she loves it. The speed though really depends on the type of internet you have and how many MB up and down you are currently subscribing to.

Install AOL 8.0 software, select AOL as an ISP while making new internet connection enter the TCP/IP settings. It starts working.

Do u know if the iPad your getting is 3G equipped?
