    When itried to update the ios from ios 10 to ios 11, it stuck on the apple logo, then i tried to restored using the itunes (Windows PC), i tried to restore to ios 11.0.3, but it always stuck at verifying ipad restore

    I have the iPad mini 2 as well, but I've decided not to update it to iOS 11. I would suggest taking it to an Apple Store if you have access to one. Sorry I can't offer you more advice.
