I don't have a rescue email set up either. I am also locked out from the activation where u need to connect to apple servers, so I cant get on to the actual ipad. but I do have a computer with iTunes on it. like I said I don't know my security questions but I do know my password.

You'll most likely need to contact apple support via telephone to unlock it by their "more secure" method. Goodluck
