How do I delete missed call notifications from Facebook Messenger?

In red on my Facebook Messenger it says " you missed a call from Susan"

I don't use the call feature on FB but if it's anything like the menu format on other parts of there service then you should be able to swipe left to access the delete function

You can delete the message, but not the Notification. The only way I see is to delete the call history.
