I’m surprised by this release. I thought maybe Apple would realize 13.3.1 with a fix for the Screen Time Communication Limits bug.

Email seems more functional on this build. Also feels not as sluggish as official 13.3. so far, so good. Had it installed last night and will see what battery performance is after a day or two..

Not here. Same issues as before. Seems like they continue to not bother with it.

Just got an email and missed the notification. Opened the email app and no new emails in the list till about 5 seconds later after it did another check for email.

It seems that when it receives a notification of new email and it pops up the notification, it is sometimes neglecting to actually automatically download the whole message at that point. This results in when entering the mail app, new mail isn’t there until the automatic mail check this is done when you open the app.

Mail app is functional again...at least for me.
Had a few unexptected restarts
The big issue is when using the speakerphone, the party called hears amazing amount of annoying echo...seems like this is a widely commented on issue.
Battery life is not quite as good, for me, as the official 13.3
