Screen recording creates files 5x previous sizes

I've noticed than when screen recording now in 13.1, the file sizes are HUGE. Used to be that about 3 minutes was 150MB, now it's 750MB.

Anyone else noticing this?

Anyone else noticing this?

I use it rarely, and when I do, I delete it after sharing it.
Same goes for screenshots and snapshots.
