It’s running well on my iPhone X thus far. As for the remote app, it’s the same as it was on the previous beta build. The News app’s icon definitely looks different.

Remote app itself is the same, true, but they changed the icon.
It used to say “TV” in it and now there is just the Apple TV remote portrayed in it.

I’ve had it happen twice randomly on the last beta. I’ll be updating tomorrow when the public comes out.

I finally got around to installing. So far, no issues.

The public beta has been much smoother and hasn’t had the little issues that the last 2 betas have had for me. I was considering hopping off of betas after the last two when 12.2 final comes out. Beta 3 would freeze up completely on my Xr every few days, and had I cloud backup issues. So far everything has been great on beta 4 though.

I was considering hopping off of betas after the last two when 12.2 final comes out.

I WILL be hoping off the beta train when 12.2 final releases. Haven't had any issues but I foresee an iPhone upgrade coming and would just rather be off the beta when that happens.

Yeah thankfully I was off beta when I upgraded to my Xr. It’s not so fun trying to restore being on beta lol.

Nice I knew they did with 12 in the “later” betas just didn’t know how many betas they do of the increment updates as in how “late” this one is in regards to the final. If that makes sense. Looks like public will be tonight or tomorrow then.
