swipe to answer calls bug

if i have unread alerts on the lock screen, ( not in notification center, just on the lock screen) and have touch ID enabled, the screen is sometimes unresponsive when receiving a call. pressing of home button, volume buttons or power button does not hep ... it is impossible to swipe to answer.
removing touch ID is the only solution.
has no one else experienced this?

I have not experienced this behavior while running iOS 10 beta. Have you tried resetting all settings or simply rebooting your iOS device?

I haven't noticed this issue. But when i do have an issue with is if I'm replying to a text via the quick response and I get a call I can't answer because the keyboard covers the answer options. I can't get rid of the keyboard or anything.

I have had this problem on my iPhone 4s, 5s, 6s. I miss about 40% of my calls.
