There used to be an option to hide the Notifications tab (in Notification Center) when the phone is locked, before iOS 9. I only want to see the Today view, but still get the regular notifications on the lock screen itself.

Why would they get rid of that?? Or am I not seeing it?

This was iOS 8:

It's still there, but in a different location:
  1. Settings > Touch ID & Passcodes >
  2. Enter your device passcode
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen
  4. Turn Notifications View . [OFF]

Wow...... :rotfl: How did I not look in there?! I never had Touch-ID phone before, so I probably just didn't notice that settings pane. Thanks so much!! Now I can add my left thumb, and my wife's thumbs too! :D
