RSS reader with Push Notifications in Background.

I tried two RSS readers. But both hasn't push notification in background. It doesn't show badge at the app icon you have new unreaded RSS. I really miss this feature. At the moment I have installed Unread app. And not working. If I open app and I let fetch info from Feadly than its shows badge at icon you have unreaded for an example 33. If I mark all readed and close app no badges comes on icon about new unreaded RSS. Whitch app works?

Thanks for answer can you try it and tell me does it work in background? I don't want to pay money till If I'm not sure.

I believe app fetch info every 15 minutes including over cellurar, and in idle time.
